JOB SUMMARY

The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall success of all daily kitchen operations ensuring highquality food production exceptional guest satisfaction and strong financial performance. This role combines handson culinary expertise with strategic leadership guiding the kitchen team across all food preparation areasincluding restaurants banquets room service lounges and colleague dining facilities.

The Executive Chef oversees menu development food quality standards sanitation compliance and inventory control while continuously improving operational efficiency. A key focus of the role is the development coaching and performance management of the culinary team to maintain a collaborative high-performing work environment. The Executive Chef also plays a critical role in enhancing guest experience by engaging with guests addressing service concerns and ensuring that culinary offerings consistently meet or exceed brand expectations.

This position requires strong leadership communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to model professionalism teamwork and a commitment to safety and sanitation standards. The Executive Chef ensures alignment with company policies supports training initiatives participates in budgeting processes and uses business insights to drive continuous improvement throughout the culinary function.

This is a highly complex role busy in volume quick to ideate and even faster to execute. It is a role ideal for an individual who is ready to leader with vibrancy energy and a quality and people-focused mindset.
