Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized attentive and service-minded Butler for a prestigious household. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility cultural awareness and a sincere commitment to delivering exceptional standards of hospitality. This position is open exclusively to individuals with Philippines nationality.
Key Responsibilities: Butler Role and Household Service
- Provide discreet and professional household service including greeting guests managing their needs and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times
- Oversee cleanliness organisation and readiness of all designated household areas
- Coordinate daily routines and schedules including meal arrangements and service
- Manage wardrobe and personal items with attention to detail and respect for privacy
- Assist with packing unpacking and travel preparations
- Supervise and collaborate with other domestic staff to ensure peak efficiency
- Monitor and replenish household supplies and conduct regular inventories
- Perform errands including shopping and deliveries as required
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Support the household during events and gatherings with impeccable service
Qualifications: Butler Experience Skills and Requirements
- Filipino nationality is mandatory for visa and employment compliance purposes
- Proven experience as a Butler House Manager or in a similar role in a private household hotel or luxury establishment
- Strong knowledge of formal service etiquette hospitality protocols and housekeeping standards
- Excellent organisational multitasking and time management skills
- Honest reliable and discrete character with a high sense of responsibility
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
- Flexibility to work variable hours including weekends and holidays to meet the households needs
- Physically fit and able to perform the demands of the role
- Valid passport and references from previous employers
