Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to high-impact research aligned with institutional priorities
Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
Design review and enhance curricula and academic programmes
Supervise and mentor junior faculty members researchers and postgraduate students
Contribute to academic governance committees and quality assurance activities
Publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals and contribute to research visibility
Develop academic collaborations and partnerships at local and international levels
Support institutional initiatives related to academic excellence and innovation
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in a relevant academic discipline
Significant experience at senior academic level (Associate Professor Professor or equivalent)
Strong research profile with evidence of sustained scholarly output
Proven teaching experience across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes
Demonstrated experience in academic leadership mentorship or programme development
Ability to contribute effectively to academic governance and service
Excellent communication skills and commitment to academic integrity
Preferred Experience
Experience securing or contributing to external research funding or grants
Exposure to diverse teaching modalities including blended or online learning
Experience working in international or multicultural academic environments
Evidence of contribution to institutional strategy or academic innovation
