Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Property Consultant (Rental) to drive RNPL-enabled rental transactions by advising tenants coordinating with landlords and closing rental deals through Clients platform. The role focuses on conversion relationship building and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities

Educate tenants on RNPL rental options and benefits

Support tenants in preparing and submitting RNPL eligibility documents

Liaise with landlords to explain RNPL guarantees and payment timelines

Promote RNPL listings and guide tenants through property selection

Track RNPL versus standard rental conversions

Close rental deals by coordinating approvals and contract signing
-
Build long-term relationships to drive renewals referrals and growth
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years experience as a rental or property agent
-
Strong understanding of the UAE residential rental market

Valid UAE driving license

Commission Theme Confidential:
Property Consultant closing rental deal will get 50% of profit of each deal from RNPL 100 AED for any closed deal under 50K annual and 200 AED for any deal above .. 10% of total successful 10 Landlords subscriptions total value.
