Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Site Engineer you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities including scheduling resource allocation and quality control
- Interpret and implement project plans technical drawings and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations building codes and project specifications
- Collaborate with project managers architects and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports change orders and progress updates
- Monitor and control project costs ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes and regulations
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- UAE Professional Engineering License
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects
- Proficiency in project management software AutoCAD or similar CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes regulations and local construction practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
- UAE National citizenship is required for this position
