Commercial Lead & Associate Director

Position Purpose:Maximize revenue from the CSLportfolio by partnering with distributors and agents in designated territories. Develop long-term client relationships manage tender bids and create opportunities for future sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve annual revenue targets and explore additional revenue opportunities.

• Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and yearly financial budgets.

• Manage tender administration and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.

• Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key market stakeholders.

• Develop long-term business plans and provide input to marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Masters or bachelors degree in a related field (business/scientific).

• At least 10 years of sales and marketing experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company in the Middle East and/or North Africa region.

• Fluency in English with Arabic and/or French being a benefit.

• Willingness to travel (30-50% of working time).

Competencies:Drive for results negotiating business acumen problem-solving strategic thinking decision-making ethics and values and customer focus.
