Help Desk Coordinator

Dream Soft LLC, a leading technology company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a Help Desk Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Help Desk Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to our clients, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for incoming inquiries

- Monitor help desk ticketing system and respond to requests in a timely manner

- Assist in the setup and configuration of hardware and software systems

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and solutions

- Identify recurring problems and contribute to process improvements

Requirements & Skills:

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities

- Proficiency in IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques

- Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role is advantageous

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, CRM systems, and online support tools

- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities

- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or relevant field

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in ITIL or relevant field

- Additional languages proficiency is a plus
