Job Summary
A prominent semi-government entity is looking to appoint a Senior Officer Talent Acquisition to support nationalization strategy and high-volume recruitment initiatives. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate functions with strong exposure to Emiratization programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower planning requirements.
- Drive Emiratization and national workforce development initiatives.
- Screen interview and shortlist candidates across multiple job families.
- Support employer branding career fairs and graduate development programs.
- Maintain recruitment reports dashboards and compliance documentation.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- 47 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in large organizations.
- Prior exposure to Emiratization programs and government/semi-government environments is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
