Job Summary

ARCHITECT

We are looking for a talented Architect to join our multidisciplinary studio working on prestigious

international projects. The role requires a strong blend of architectural creativity and technical

expertise with an emphasis on applying global design standards and best practices in accurate

code-compliant documentation. The successful candidate will be collaborative detail-oriented

and capable of contributing to all stages of the design process from concept development to

final delivery.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Architectural Design & Development

Conceptualize develop and refine architectural designs aligned with project briefs and

international design standards.

Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes authority regulations and

internal standards.

Produce detailed architectural drawings layouts and technical specifications from

concept through to IFC stage.

Collaborate closely with Master Planning Structural MEP Interior Design Landscape

and BIM teams to ensure seamless design integration.

Manage workflow to ensure timely delivery of design documentation and proactively

resolve design-related challenges.

Prepare high-quality design deliverables including drawings reports concept boards and

internal presentations.

Support development of design documentation including mood boards concept

presentations and detailed design packages.

Technical Compliance & Coordination

Apply strong knowledge of international building codes and standards in project design

and documentation.

Ensure compliance with construction detailing structural integration and material

specifications.

Coordinate with project teams to maintain consistency accuracy and quality across all

design outputs.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support design approvals and reviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Proven experience in handling full-cycle architectural projects from concept to IFC

preferably for international projects.

Advanced proficiency in Revit (modeling documentation and coordination).

Proficient in AutoCAD Rhino Enscape and Lumion.

Strong understanding of architectural design principles construction detailing and

international building regulations.

Excellent coordination and communication skills for collaborative design development.

Familiarity with authority approval processes for international projects is an advantage
