Job Title: Head of Human Resources (Head of HR)

Reports to: CEO / Managing Director
Job Summary
The Head of HR is responsible for leading the overall human resources strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and building a high-performance culture. This role oversees all HR functions including talent acquisition performance management employee relations compensation & benefits compliance with UAE Labour Law and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys vision and growth plans.

Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding performance management and offboarding.

Establish and oversee performance management succession planning and talent development frameworks.

Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational structure.

Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law company policies and government regulations.
-
Manage compensation benefits payroll coordination and HR budgeting.
-
Handle employee relations disciplinary actions and grievance management.
-
Drive employee engagement culture-building and retention initiatives.
-
Lead HR audits HRMS implementation and process automation.
-
Develop HR policies SOPs and governance frameworks.
-
Coach and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
-
Masters degree or HR certification preferred (CIPD SHRM HRCI).
-
1015 years of progressive HR experience including leadership roles.
-
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
-
Proven experience in managing multi-functional HR teams.
