Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects engineers and other consultants to ensure design intent and detailing accuracy.
- Generate drawings documentation and schedules directly from BIM models in compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Revit and other BIM tools.
- Implement company BIM standards and projectspecific protocols.
- Support the design team during all project phases including concept schematic design development and construction documentation.
- Ensure model accuracy standards compliance and content development.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of BIM experience specifically in Interior Design projects.
- Prior experience working with design consultancy firms in the UAE or GCC is mandatory.
- Proficiency in the Revit software and familiarity with other BIM tools.
- Strong understanding of design detailing materials finishes and space planning.
- Good knowledge of UAE building codes and local authority regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
