We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie who understands authenticity simplicity and quality and who is passionate about Mediterranean cooking.
In this role you will prepare and present high-quality Greek and Mediterranean dishes that deliver an exceptional Guest and Member experience while supporting kitchen operations and food cost controls.
What you will be doing:
- Prepare and present authentic Greek and Mediterranean dishes in line with ANASAs culinary standards
- Support daily kitchen production and service ensuring consistency and quality
- Prepare mise en place for all relevant menus with attention to freshness and detail
- Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring strict hygiene and zero cross-contamination
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh properly stored and handled according to food safety standards
- Respond positively and efficiently to guest feedback and special requests
- Support cost control initiatives and contribute to departmental financial targets
- Work closely with the culinary team and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Report maintenance hygiene and safety concerns promptly
- Comply with hotel security fire regulations and food safety legislation
- Actively support departmental targets and sustainability practices
