Job Summary

Our client is looking for experienced Field Researchers to conduct real time tech enabled insights for global pharmaceutical leaders. Youll leverage strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) across Saudi Arabia UAE and GCC to execute in depth interviews (IDIs) focus groups and fieldwork delivering high quality data and insights.

Key Responsibilities-
Conduct IDIs focus groups and KOL interviews with physicians pharmacists and decisionmakers.

- Plan and manage fieldwork logistics (scheduling venue incentives travel if needed).

- Ensure data accuracy transcribe code and flag insights with detailed notes.

- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and data privacy (NDA).

- Provide regular status updates and documentation to the insights team.

- Collaborate with the project manager to troubleshoot challenges on the ground.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Life Sciences Business or related field (MBA/MSc a plus).

- 2-5 years of pharmaceutical market research experience (field research IDIs focus groups).

- Proven network of HCP contacts in Saudi Arabia UAE GCC.

- Fluency in English (Arabic a strong plus).

- Proficiency with research tools (e.g. Teleperformance Confirmit Dovetail or similar).

- Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills.

- Ability to travel within GCC if required (visa supported).

- Comfortable using digital platforms for data capture (MS Teams Zoom Survey tools).
