Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage BIM coordination for architectural projects ensuring compliance with project standards and client requirements.

Develop manage and update architectural BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (structural MEP civil) to identify and resolve design clashes.

Maintain project BIM execution plans and ensure adherence to BIM protocols (ISO 19650 or equivalent).

Conduct regular model audits clash detection and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Support project delivery by producing accurate drawings schedules and data from BIM models.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior BIM modelers and draftsmen.

Coordinate with design consultants contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Architecture is highly preferred; strong Civil Engineering backgrounds may also be considered.

Minimum 5-7 years of BIM experience with a proven track record in architectural design consultancy projects in the UAE/GCC.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and BIM 360.

Strong understanding of BIM workflows standards and coordination practices.

Excellent knowledge of UAE/GCC building codes regulations and authority submission requirements.

Strong communication organizational and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project deadlines.

Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
