Position Title: Sales Associate
Location: Dubai/ Abu Dhabi
The Opportunity
The Sales Associate UAE will support the regional sales team in promoting RNZs specialty fertilizer and biostimulant portfolio. This role focuses on developing customer relationships achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors dealers and key growers.
Conduct farm visits product demonstrations technical presentations and attend international conferences.
Identify market opportunities and support the introduction of new products.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Track competitor activities and prepare regular sales reports.
Represent RNZ at local trade shows and agricultural events.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company sales policies.
Qualifications
Education: . in Agriculture or related field(preferred) ; MBA/Marketing.
Experience: 25 years of experience in agri-input sales/ international trade experience.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop customer relationships.
Skills & Abilities
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated result-oriented and able to work independently.
Good presentation and business analysis skills.
Willing to travel internationally for conferences and exhibitions
Technical Proficiency
Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
