Job Summary
Job Title: Facial Expert / Facialist
Location: UAE (Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Sharjah / Ajman)

Role Purpose:
Provide specialized facial treatments skin analysis and personalized skincare consultations to enhance skin health address concerns and deliver exceptional client experiences in a beauty/wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Facial Treatments & Skincare:
Perform various facial treatments including deep cleansing exfoliation extractions hydrating facials anti-aging treatments chemical peels and microdermabrasion
Conduct thorough skin analysis using specialized tools and techniques
Assess skin type conditions and concerns (acne aging pigmentation sensitivity dehydration)
Customize facial treatments based on individual skin needs and goals
Apply face masks serums moisturizers and specialized products
Perform facial massage techniques to stimulate circulation and lymphatic drainage
Use facial equipment such as steamers high-frequency machines LED light therapy and microcurrent devices
Client Consultation & Care:
Conduct detailed consultations to understand client skin concerns medical history and lifestyle factors
Recommend personalized skincare routines and home care products
Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and product usage
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain detailed and confidential client records and treatment history
Build lasting relationships through professional service and expertise
Hygiene & Safety:
Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards for all tools equipment and treatment rooms
Follow health and safety protocols and infection control procedures
Ensure treatment areas are clean organized and welcoming
Monitor and maintain inventory of skincare products tools and supplies
Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain hygiene standards
Professional Development:
Stay updated on latest facial techniques skincare innovations and industry trends
Attend training sessions workshops and certification programs
Continuously improve skills in advanced facial treatments and new technologies
Requirements:
Certification or diploma in Facial Therapy Aesthetics or Cosmetology from a recognized institution
Valid aesthetician or beauty therapy license (if required by UAE regulations)
2-5 years of professional experience as a Facial Expert or Aesthetician
Expertise in facial treatments skin analysis and skincare product knowledge
Strong understanding of skin anatomy physiology and conditions
Excellent communication and client service skills
Attention to detail and ability to create customized treatment plans
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
Compensation & Benefits:
