About the Role
ITHR Tech is seeking a skilledSAP ABAP Consultantwith expertise inSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)integration to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing optimizing and maintaining ABAP-based data models and OData services that power advanced analytics and reporting through SAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and developABAP CDS Viewsfor analytical and consumption purposes including annotations for SAC integration.
- Build and maintainOData servicesusing CDS annotations or SAP Gateway (SEGW).
- ImplementAMDP proceduresand leveragecode pushdown techniquesfor performance optimization.
- Collaborate with functional and SAC teams to ensure smoothdata connectivityvia live or import connections.
- Ensure data models are secured and optimized by applyingauthorization objectsaccess control annotations andPFCG roles.
- Conductperformance tuningof CDS views and OData services using tools such as SQLM ST12 and SAT.
- Support the setup oflive connectionsto S/4HANA and assist withBTP-based integrations.
- Document technical solutions and provide post-deployment support to ensure stability and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of experience inSAP ABAPdevelopment.
- Hands-on experience withCDS ViewsAMDP andODataservice development.
- Strong understanding ofSAP HANA modelingandcode-to-data paradigm.
- Working knowledge ofSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)integration concepts.
- Good grasp ofauthorization and access controlin ABAP (DCL PFCG analytical privileges).
- Experience withABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)is a plus.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working onS/4HANAorSAP BW/4HANAenvironments.
- Familiarity withSAP BTPandAPI managementconcepts.
- Certification in SAP ABAP or SAC (advantageous but not mandatory).
