- 1. Job Purpose
To manage the Entire sales and marketing function through developing core market strategy and product development initiatives either manufacture or finished goods

1. Managing the entire sales dept directing and developing Managers skills to ensure ability to surpass budget expectations
2. Managing key principal partner relationships

5. Budget and Marginal Analysis throughout the year ensuring achieving or exceeding
6. Developing Key Relationships with Strategic market influencers
