Job Summary
Ontime Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Assistant Nurse with DHA certification to join our Homecare this position you will provide essential nursing support to patients in their homes ensuring they receive high-quality care tailored to their individual needs. Your role will be critical in enhancing the comfort and well-being of our patients while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Registered Nurses in providing direct patient care including personal hygiene grooming and daily living assistance
- Measure and record patients vital signs promptly reporting any significant changes to healthcare professionals
- Support patients with mobility ensuring a safe environment during care activities
- Administer medication reminders and assist with adherence to treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families regarding health practices and care plans
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow established healthcare protocols
- Contribute to a clean and safe environment by following infection control measures
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) certification as an Assistant Nurse
- Experience in homecare or similar healthcare settings is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to nursing care
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of nursing principles and patient care standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet patient needs
