Job Summary

Manage end-to-end accounting processes including month-end and year-end book closures
Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements
Ensure adherence to UAE Corporate Tax regulations and maintain accurate records
Lead and mentor a team of 34 accounting professionals fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Maintain and update accounting records using ERP systems and accounting software
Support internal and external audits with timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

* Masters degree in Commerce / Finance (CA Inter / CA Finalist preferred)

* 34 years of UAE experience

* Strong hands-on experience in:

End-to-end accounting & independent book closure

VAT return preparation & compliance

Basic working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax

* Ability to lead a team of 34 members

* Good communication skills & fluency in English

* Experience with accounting software / ERP systems preferred
