About the Role
Richkey Properties is seeking a Junior Real Estate Recruiter to support and execute recruitment activities for our real estate teams in Dubai.
This role is focused on sourcing screening coordination and follow-up for real estate roles working closely with the recruitment and operations team to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
This is an execution-focused recruitment role suitable for candidates with hands-on experience in real estate recruitment in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for real estate roles (agents and back-office positions)
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlist suitable profiles
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Support offer coordination and onboarding processes
- Ensure recruitment activities follow agreed timelines and quality standards
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate recruitment in Dubai
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and hiring requirements
- Experience sourcing candidates through job portals databases and referrals
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Currently based in Dubai
