About the Role

Amazon UAE is seeking a smart enthusiastic driven and creative candidate to join as a Senior Vendor Manager for our Pet Products category.

This is a uniquely complex and high-impact role that spans the full spectrum of the pet products business. Youll manage everything from establishing Amazon as the destination for pet products in UAE to driving strategic projects with top vendors and unblocking holdout brands. This role demands out-of-the-box thinking to bring global selection to UAE scale the healthcare segment and partner with brands to establish pet healthcare as a core pillar of the category.

This role requires managing and owning the Pet Products P&L across Core ANOW and Rush channels. You will be accountable for transforming petcare into a profitable engine through innovative vendor partnerships curating world-class global selection that delights UAE customers and pioneering the pet healthcare segment through strategic brand partnerships. Youll partner closely with 3P teams to ensure the best experience for customers while shopping pet products.

Within this role you will:

- Navigate complexity at scale: Balance the economics of high-volume low-margin water with premium high-margin
- Build strategic vendor partnerships: Develop long-term relationships that unlock profitability in challenging low ASP segments
- Drive global selection: Source the worlds best juice and beverage brands to create a compelling differentiated customer offering
- Own end-to-end P&L: Manage profitability across multiple channels
- Innovate relentlessly: Identify and implement creative solutions to improve margins selection and customer satisfaction

We are seeking a business leader with a broad skill-set that demonstrates:

- Analytical horsepower and data-driven decision-making capabilities to navigate complex multi-segment P&L management
- Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking to balance competing priorities across diverse product portfolios
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills to build win-win partnerships that drive profitability
- Deep curiosity to uncover how things work and drive continuous improvement across the value chain
- Adaptability and versatility to thrive in a role that demands both volume-scale thinking and premium brand curation
- Passion for creating a world-class shopping experience for our customers
- You will work with vendors of all sizesfrom local water suppliers to global coffee brandsand must have the leadership presence and communication skills to represent Amazon at all levels of these organizations.

Required experience:
- Business analytics strategic thinking negotiations operations and P&L management.


- 5 years of with Excel experience
- 5 years of account management project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelors degree or 5 years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- Experience with business analysis and P&L management

- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
