Job Summary
Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading UAE fit out contractor in the UAE region. Our client is looking for a Procurement Lead to run the end to end procurement for retail fit out and production projects ensuring cost control quality and on time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MRs RFQs pricing checks POs and tracking to factory and site delivery.
- Procure fit out materials: wood boards laminates hardware finishes metal acrylic glass and printing.
- Source and manage specialist subcontract works: metal fabrication acrylic signage and printing.
- Coordinate logistics collections and expediting to match project schedules.
- Work closely with design production estimation and project teams on specs and drawings.
- Drive alternative sourcing including overseas suppliers to improve cost and lead time.
- Maintain supplier database performance records and payment documentation.
Requirements
- 5 years of procurement experience in retail fit out in the UAE.
- Strong negotiation supplier management and cost control skills.
- Able to work fast independently and under tight project timelines.
