Job Summary
- Create BIM Model (MEP & HVAC model) up to LOD 450 and do clash detection for coordination.
- Prepare MEP Building Services Layouts.
- Coordinates with the Engineer in preparation of design drawings and details for construction.
- Check drawings for discrepancies and errors and do corrections necessary for the project.
- Provides spot detail / Shop drawings for the clarity of the plans and details.
- Responsible for MEP drawing coordination with Architectural
- Create Architectural and structural 3D Model based on 2D drawings and do clash detection for coordination.
- Coordinates with the Architect ( architectural model input ) in preparation of design drawings and details for construction.
- Create render views and walkthrough videos out of the created models
- Able to use engineering sizing tools for pipes ducts cables etc
- Making Site visit for the measurement of the Area for asbuilt purposes.
- Extract BOQs & schedules for all MEP components such as Pipes cable trays cables ducts valves duct accessories
Qualifications :
- Diploma in on of engineering field ( mechanical preferred )
Additional Information :
- Ability to work using modeling softwares such as ( Revit AutoCAD Plant 3D )
- Ability to use clash detection softwares such as Navisworks
- Have strong engineering background in both mechanical and electrical field
- Have fair knowledge on the MEP & HVAC system components and uses
- Ability to use Microsoft office applications
