Key Responsibilities
1. School & Education Stakeholder Partnerships
- Identify onboard and manage relationships with public and private schools
- Lead school onboarding journeys including:
- Program orientation
- Access enablement
- Usage alignment with academic calendars
- Act as the primary relationship owner for all participating schools
- Maintain long-term relationships with school leadership counselors and coordinators
- Represent the program in education forums meetings and briefings
2. Outreach Marketing & Activation
- Design and execute school-based and digital outreach campaigns
- Coordinate student acquisition initiatives (assemblies webinars workshops events)
- Ensure consistent program messaging across all touchpoints
- Align marketing activities with PMO milestones and content readiness
- Track campaign performance and optimize engagement strategies
3. Partner & Vendor Management
- Manage external partners including:
- Content providers
- Simulation vendors
- Marketing agencies
- Certification and test prep partners
- Track partner deliverables timelines SLAs and performance
- Identify risks related to partner dependencies and escalate to PMO
- Support sourcing onboarding and coordination of new partners during scale-up
4. Cross-Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with:
- PMO Lead on planning and reporting
- Engagement Lead on execution and follow-up
- LMS and Content teams on readiness and alignment
- Provide structured feedback from schools and partners
- Contribute to executive and steering committee reports
Requirements
Education
- Bachelors degree in:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Education
- Communications
- Public Policy
- Masters degree (MBA Education Leadership Marketing or related) is a strong plus
Experience
- 610 years of experience in:
- Partnerships
- Outreach
- Education programs
- Program marketing or ecosystem development
- Proven experience working with schools education authorities or youth-focused initiatives
- Experience managing multiple external stakeholders and vendors
- Experience in large-scale multi-partner programs is highly preferred
