Position: Market Access – UAE

Drjob-Emp2, a leading company in Alternative Dispute Resolution in the UAE, is seeking a talented Market Access professional to join our team. As a Market Access specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our services are readily available to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute market access strategies to enhance product visibility.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize market access opportunities.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive market access initiatives.

- Monitor and evaluate market access programs to measure effectiveness.

- Prepare reports and presentations on market access activities.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in market access or related roles.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration.

- Certification in Market Access.

- Experience in the healthcare industry.
