Job Summary
Are you passionate about coffee and creating great customer experiences Were looking for enthusiastic Baristas who are ready to craft the perfect cup and bring positive energy to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and beverage options.
Deliver friendly and prompt customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating area.
Restock inventory and manage daily preparation of ingredients.
Follow recipes and presentation standards accurately.
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are always upheld.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of barista or customer service experience in the UAE.
High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality Tourism or any related field.
Passion for coffee customer service and working in a team.
Good communication skills and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Barista training or knowledge of brewing methods is a plus.
Open to candidates of all nationalities; preference for those with a friendly and engaging service style.
