Job Summary
Ontime Healthcare is looking for a motivated and reliable Helper to join our team in the Fitout this role you will play a crucial part in supporting our skilled tradespeople and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and finishing of fitout projects
- Help in the preparation and maintenance of work areas ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Carry load and unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Support tradespeople with tasks such as measuring cutting and assembling materials
- Keep the work environment clean and organized throughout the duration of the project
- Follow safety protocols and report hazards or incidents to supervisors
- Engage in training and development sessions as needed
Requirements
- No formal experience required but prior experience in the construction or fitout sector is an advantage
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks
- Enthusiastic with a strong willingness to learn from experienced tradespeople
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining safety standards
- Flexible to work various shifts and hours as necessary
- Dependable and punctual with a commitment to the job
- Availability to start immediately is preferred
