Creative Designer
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Create platform-optimized assets for Meta TikTok Google Programmatic and other paid media channels.
- Produce static animated and short-form video creatives designed to maximise CTR engagement and conversion.
- Adapt and optimise concepts based on performance insights and A/B test results.
- Design social media posts stories banners email graphics landing page visuals and promotional materials.
- Support motion-based content creation including simple animations transitions subtitles and cut-downs.
- Assist in preparing creative variations for localisation across different markets in the GCC and MENA.
- Ensure all creative output adheres to global brand guidelines while tailoring content for regional relevance.
- Maintain a cohesive visual identity across performance and brand-led assets.
- Organise and maintain design files templates and asset libraries.
- Manage multiple design requests ensuring timely delivery in a fast-moving environment.
- Support the senior designer with production workflows and creative quality control.
- Partner with the performance marketing team to understand KPIs insights and creative strategies.
- Work closely with CRM social media and product teams to ensure assets meet channel-specific needs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring creative solutions forward.
- Stay current on digital design formats platform best practices creative trends and AI design tools.
- Explore new approaches to elevate creative performance and experiment with new styles or techniques.
Requirements:
- Design Experience: 35 years in graphic or digital design ideally within fintech digital marketing or fast-paced agency environments.
- Performance-Led Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating performance marketing creatives alongside social and brand digital work.
- Core Design Tools: High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
- Motion & Video Capability: Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro and strong working knowledge of After Effects.
- Paid Media Creative Experience: Proven experience creating assets for Meta TikTok YouTube and display campaigns.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Creative Craft & Detail: Strong visual design layout skills and high attention to detail.
- Execution Under Pressure: Comfortable managing multiple requests tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Collaborative & Feedback-Driven: Proactive team player who takes feedback on board and applies it quickly.
- Digital-First & Growth-Minded: Able to balance brand consistency with performance goals and eager to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment.
