Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Waiter/Waitress in the vibrant city of Dubai United Arab Emirates! Were seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional dining experiences in our upscale restaurant.
- Greet and seat guests promptly ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders demonstrating thorough knowledge of menu items and daily specials
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner adhering to high-quality standards
- Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to requests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during peak hours
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in food and beverage service preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus including ingredients and preparation methods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards
