Job Summary

Experience
Minimum of 15 years of experience in Core banking transformation & Integration with at least
5 years in system implementation.
Demonstrated experience in implementing core banking systems particularly Oracle
Flexcube.
Experience in requirements management Gap analysis and solutioning.

Technical Skills
Preferred to have experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE configurations of products and processes.
Proven track record of successful system integrations and data migrations

Behavioural Skills
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
