Job Description:
We are seeking seven IT Support End-User Specialists to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will provide top-notch technical support to end-users ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and prompt resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive end-user IT support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot desktop laptop and mobile device issues ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist users with setup configuration and usage of IT equipment and applications.
- Maintain and monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Document and manage support requests in the ticketing system efficiently.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and implement improvements.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on new technologies and best practices.
- Stay updated on IT trends and innovations to enhance support services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-user IT support or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows macOS etc.) and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with users.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
