Job Title: IT Support End-User Specialist

Location: Dubai

Positions Available: 7

Salary: AED(based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking seven IT Support End-User Specialists to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will provide top-notch technical support to end-users ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and prompt resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive end-user IT support for hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot desktop laptop and mobile device issues ensuring timely resolution.
Assist users with setup configuration and usage of IT equipment and applications.
Maintain and monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Document and manage support requests in the ticketing system efficiently.
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and implement improvements.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on new technologies and best practices.
Stay updated on IT trends and innovations to enhance support services.

Requirements:

Proven experience in end-user IT support or technical support roles.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows macOS etc.) and software applications.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with users.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
