Job Description:
We are seeking two motivated KPI Analysts / Data Analysts to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments to drive data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends patterns and insights.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools using advanced Excel techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and improve business processes.
- Utilize CRM systems to extract relevant data for analysis and reporting.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support management in strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights from data analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KPIs and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and tools related to data analysis and KPI tracking.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or KPI Analyst preferably in a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables VLOOKUP formulas etc.).
- Experience with CRM systems and data extraction.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools is a plus (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Business Analytics or a related field is preferred.
