Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and development for large-scale projects ensuring quality creativity and compliance with client requirements.
- Utilize BIM tools (e.g. Revit) for design coordination modeling and documentation.
- Collaborate with clients consultants and project teams to deliver design solutions and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare architectural drawings specifications and presentation materials.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and BIM modelers within the team.
- Review and approve architectural drawings details and design submissions.
- Ensure adherence to UAE construction standards codes and local regulations.
- Coordinate with structural MEP and other disciplines to achieve integrated project solutions.
- Participate in client meetings design reviews and project presentations.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Architect preferably in design consultancy.
- Strong BIM experience (Revit and other modeling tools).
- Proven experience on large-scale UAE projects (commercial residential or mixed-use).
- Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
- Excellent communication leadership and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of UAE planning and construction regulations.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary design teams.
