At Sana Commerce were looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Leadership team and help drive our mission forward. For a maternal leave coverage we are looking for someone to join us in supporting our Leadership Team from January until July 2026 for 32-40 hours per week.
What Youll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a part of our Leadership Team including managing schedules appointments and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings presentations and reports ensuring the Leadership Team members are well-prepared.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across different time zones and cultures ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues providing solutions
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives.
- Proven experience working in an international environment.
- Ability to effectively work across different time zones and with diverse cultures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management applications.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
