Job Summary
Apt Resources is on the lookout for a Freelance Junior Interior Designer 2D & 3D) to join our clients dynamic team. This role is ideal for creative individuals who thrive in a flexible work environment and possess the ability to translate innovative design ideas into compelling visual representations. The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of projects including residential commercial and hospitality interiors.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Development: Collaborate remotely with senior designers to brainstorm and develop innovative 2D and 3D design concepts.
- Visualization: Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D renderings using software tools such as AutoCAD SketchUp and 3ds Max to clearly communicate design intent.
- Material Boards: Assist in material selection and compilation of material boards that reflect project aesthetics and client preferences.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and present design proposals and visualizations to clients ensuring their feedback is incorporated into revisions.
- Remote Collaboration: Coordinate with the team and clients effectively through digital communication platforms ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Requirements
- Proven educational background in Interior Design Architecture or related fields.
- Up to 3 years of relevant interior design experience or internships.
- Strong skills in 2D & 3D design software (AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max Adobe Suite).
- Creative flair with a solid understanding of design principles color theory and spatial planning.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for effective client interaction.
- Must be selfmotivated capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while working remotely.
