Job Summary
- He must have experience in all facets of quantity surveying including cost planning quantity takeoff preparation of bills of quantities in CESMM format estimating claim evaluation negotiation general post-contract rates taking over certificates and Defects Liability Certificates of Contracts related to sewerage and drainage and irrigation works.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Relevant tertiary qualification(s); BSc QS preferred.
- Professional Qualifications e.g. MRICS Ten years of experience in quantity surveying
