- Preferred experience and qualifications:
- Background or education in Hospitality F&B or a related field
- Previous experience in restaurant or luxury hotel environments
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety protocols
- Basic knowledge of wines beverages and Mediterranean cuisine is a plus

This role is about more than just reservations and seating its about creating a sense of calm connection and class the moment they arrive.
What will you be doing
As a Hostess at Ansa you will be the first impression of our restaurantthe one who sets the tone for each guests experience. Your role goes far beyond a simple greeting; its about offering a sense of welcome attention and calm from the very first interaction.
You will be entrusted to:
- Greet and guide guests with warmth elegance and attentiveness ensuring they feel genuinely seen and valued
- Confidently manage guest inquiries offering helpful responses in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain a strong understanding of the menu and offerings allowing you to speak knowledgeably and assist guests in their journey
- Uphold Hiltons grooming and presentation standards always appearing polished composed and professional
- Handle phone calls with care capturing accurate messages and ensuring they reach the right person without delay
- Oversee seating plans and table flow with discretion and efficiency contributing to a smooth and elevated dining service
Adhere to all safety hygiene and regulatory protocols supporting a safe and exceptional environment for both guests and team members
Above all you will embody the spirit of true hospitality where every detail gesture and interaction leaves a lasting impression.
