Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Radiographer to join our allied health team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiology with a minimum of 10 years of experience and specialized expertise in MRI. A supervisory background is highly preferred. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services and supporting junior staff.

Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostic imaging procedures including MRI scans in accordance with established protocols
Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
Supervise and mentor junior radiographers and support staff
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results
Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and hospital policies
Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage scheduling and workflow to optimize department efficiency

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience in Radiology
Proven expertise in MRI imaging
Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
Valid DHA License is mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team
Commitment to patient care and professional ethics
