PARTTIME REVENUE EXECUTIVE DUBAI AED1315K

Excellent opportunity for an experienced law firm Revenue Executive seeking parttime work for the Dubai office of an international law firm.

Key Responsibilities
Ensuring that bills are raised correctly on a timely basis and are paid promptly.
Drafting and checking prebills
Processing collation of bills chasing bills time/disbursement writeoffs time/disbursement transfers and edits/cancellations and reissues.
Direct contact with clients regarding unpaid bills
Liaison with partners and executives regarding queried debts unpaid bills.
WIP/Debtor meetings with partners and feeearners.
Knowledge of ERP systems and a working use ofExpert or equivalent systems would be preferable although training will be provided.
Strong IT skills good working knowledge of Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
Managing the Ebilling invoice uploads.
Knowledge of KSA/UAE VAT laws.
