JobDescription:

WereseekinganexperiencedExpeditingEngineertojoinourdynamicteamintheoil&gassector.Inthisroleyouwillberesponsibleforensuringthetimelydeliveryof materialsandequipmentcoordinatingwithsuppliersandcontractorsandmaintaininghighstandardsofqualityandcompliance.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Monitorandtrackorderstoensuretimelydelivery to meet project schedules and required receiving date at site
• Coordinatewithsuppliersvendorsandcontractorstoexpeditematerials. ensuring compliance with client standards.
• Monitor the progress of orders placed until final delivery at site locations.
• Review production schedules manufacturing processes and supplier capabilities to prevent delays
• Regularly communicate with suppliers to obtain updates on production schedules and identify any potential bottlenecks.
• Visit supplier and vendor facilities as needed to monitor the progress of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor critical path items and ensure suppliers meet milestones as per the project schedule.
• Addressdelaysdiscrepanciesorqualityissues.
• Maintainaccuraterecords of material deliveries shipment status and supplier performance.
• CreateandmaintaincomprehensiveReports forallexpeditingactivities.
• Ensurecompliancewithindustrystandards safetyregulations and client standards.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams (engineering procurement logistics quality control) to resolve any issues or challenges
• Supportprojectmanagementteamswithlogisticsandscheduleupdates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineeringSupplyChainManagement
• 710yearsofexperienceinexpeditingwithintheoilandgasindustry.
• Strongunderstandingofsupplychainmanagementandlogistics.
• Excellentcommunicationandproblemsolvingskills.
• Strongnegotiationskillsandtheabilitytobuildrelationshipswithsuppliersand contractors.
• Familiaritywithindustrystandardsandsafetyregulations.
• Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneously
• Fluent in English Arabic is a plus

Work Environment:

• Willingness to travel to supplier facilities and client project sites as necessary.
• Ability to work in fastpaced highstress environments particularly on large oil and gas projects with tight deadlines.
