• Experience leading largescale web and mobile app projects for government or enterprise clients
• Financial acumen managing budgets driving profitability
• Proven track record in mentoring teams and fostering operational excellence
• Digital/tech agency background (PM or Head of Delivery Ops roles)
• Age range: 3040 (ideal)
• Nationality: Dutch Scandinavian German preferred
