Job Summary
Role Title: OfficerOperations Control Center
Role Type: Outsourced Full Time OnSite Long Term
Work Location: Dubai UAE
Working Days: 6 days working 1 day off

Knowledge & Experience
Education: College Degree
Experience: 3 Years operations or Training Center management experience with relevant exposure to administrative functions in a similar environment/service industry.
Technical Competencies (Preferred):
Previous Dispatcher Experience / Dispatcher Applications Knowledge
Scheduling System Knowledge
MS Excel Advanced Knowledge
Data Analytics Background / Minimum Basic Knowledge
Basic Programming Languages Knowledge (C Python SQL)
Experience in Power BI / Tableau / MicroStrategy
Emergency Handling Knowledge / Basic Safety awareness
Call Center Environment Experience
Soft Skills:
