- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the F&B and social events sectors.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking cold calls and referrals.
- Actively participate in promoting venue packages catering services and eventrelated offerings.
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong longlasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Deliver personalized event solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Provide excellent aftersales service to build client loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Marketing and Promotion
- Assist in the creation and of promotional campaigns to attract social events.
- Leverage social media partnerships and other platforms to enhance visibility.
- Represent the company at networking events trade shows and exhibitions.
Revenue Management
- Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and crossselling products and services.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize pricing and offerings.
Administrative and Reporting Duties
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions bookings and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales particularly in the F&B industry.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative event solutions.
- Knowledge of local markets and customer preferences.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
