Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients including assessment diagnosis and treatment across various healthcare needs
Administer medications perform treatments and maintain accurate patient records in accordance with established protocols
Educate patients and their families about health conditions treatment options and preventive healthcare practices
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in conditions with appropriate interventions
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards to maintain a clean and safe clinic environment
Participate in clinic operations policy development and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse
Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent
Minimum of insert number years of nursing experience preferred ideally in a clinic or outpatient setting
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on patient education
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment
Detailoriented and organized with strong documentation skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in nursing
Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
