Job description:

We are looking for a Freelance Event Coordinator to manage our Candlelight concerts in UAE. This role involves full event management mainly at weekends.

Responsibilities:

Onsite concert coordination (preproduction and production).
Supervision of teams (up to 15 people) and service providers (up to 10 companies).
Managing institutional relations (local authorities companies associations).
Ensuring a smooth experience for the audience.

Profile required:

Experience in logistics and team management.
Knowledge of the live performance sector.
Good stress and contingency management skills.
Fluent in English.
