We are looking for a professional and customerfocused Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations greeting patients scheduling appointments and ensuring a smooth patient experience at our clinic or hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients visitors and staff in a courteous manner.
- Schedule confirm and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Handle phone calls emails and inquiries related to medical services.
- Register new patients and update medical records in the system.
- Process insurance claims payments and billing transactions.
- Coordinate with doctors nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure the reception area is clean organized and welcoming.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and comply with healthcare regulations.
- Assist in handling patient concerns and provide information about services.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 13 years of experience as a receptionist preferably in a hospital clinic or medical center.
Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare management software.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
- Customer serviceoriented with a professional attitude.
Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Availability: Willing to work in shifts including weekends and holidays if required.
