Job Summary
Job Description
- Accurate Daily Accounting: Maintain precise uptodate financial records without delays.
- Financial Reporting: Provide management with timely financial information.
- Asset Protection: Ensure all company assets are safeguarded and properly insured.
- Monthly Financial Statements: Prepare and present these by the 7th of each month.
- Compliance and Legal: Handle all commercial legal and statutory requirements.
- Timely Payments and Collections: Ensure prompt payments to all suppliers and timely collection from tenants.
- Receivables Tracking: Provide weekly receivables statements with aging analysis for tenant dues.
- Cost Management: Promote cost awareness throughout the company.
- Corporate Governance: Actively support compliance with policies and procedures at all levels.
- Employee Motivation: Encourage and motivate employees to consistently perform at their best.
