Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow current business relationships.
- Pursue new business opportunities with a focus on Insurance companies Mutual funds Selffunded schemes and Employer groups.
- Serve as the liaison between the company and its clients.
- Ensure growth efforts are in alignment with the companys goals and objectives.
- Collaborate directly with the management to explore and set new business potentials.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Prepare clear and concise presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors / Masters Degree.
- 5 years relevant experience in a similar role (Insurance companies Hospitals Medical Centres).
- Proven experience in Relationship Management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
